If you’re looking for a unique adventure combining nature, breathtaking landscapes, and beach time, this experience is for you!

We offer a complete experience at Pedra do Telégrafo, one of Rio de Janeiro’s most famous viewpoints, known worldwide for its iconic photos and incredible panoramic scenery. This adventure combines hiking, exploration, and relaxing moments surrounded by nature and wild beaches along Rio’s southwest coast.

The experience is designed for travelers who want to explore a different side of Rio, away from the crowded tourist spots, while enjoying unforgettable views and authentic outdoor experiences.

WHAT WILL WE DO?

We will meet at a designated point and head to the beginning of the trail. The hike takes place through preserved natural areas with beautiful landscapes and scenic viewpoints along the way.

At the summit of Pedra do Telégrafo, you’ll have time to:
• Take the famous illusion photos
• Enjoy panoramic views of Ilha Grande, Sepetiba Bay, and Rio’s wild coastline
• Relax, take pictures, and appreciate the sunrise or daylight scenery depending on the schedule

After the hike, we’ll enjoy beach time at one of the beautiful nearby wild beaches, where you can relax, swim, and experience a quieter and more natural side of Rio de Janeiro.

Depending on weather conditions and prior arrangement, it is also possible to add an optional paddleboarding experience through the mangroves inside the environmental reserve, making the adventure even more complete.

ABOUT THE HIKE

This hike is considered moderate and suitable for participants with basic physical conditioning. The trail combines nature, adventure, and some of the most impressive views in Rio de Janeiro.

Throughout the experience, it is common to spot local wildlife, tropical vegetation, and untouched natural landscapes.

INSTRUCTIONS:

We recommend wearing light and comfortable clothing, closed-toe shoes or hiking sneakers, and bringing sunscreen, water, and snacks.

For the beach portion, bring swimwear and a towel.
